Booking Agreement

By making a booking through Karpadu, you agree to enter into a binding agreement with the car rental provider. Karpadu acts as an intermediary, facilitating reservations between users and rental providers.

The rental agreement itself is between you and the car rental provider. Karpadu is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of rental vehicles. Our role is strictly to facilitate the booking and payment process.

How to Book

To complete a booking on our platform, you must:

• Select your desired pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Choose a vehicle from the available options.
• Provide accurate personal details (including driver's license details).
• Agree to the General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Booking Terms.
• Make the necessary payment (depending on provider terms).

Payment Terms

All rentals on Karpadu can be booked without a credit card. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. Depending on the provider, your booking may require one of the following:

• Full payment upfront on Karpadu.
• Partial payment (reservation deposit) with balance due at pick-up.
• Payment at pick-up, where no upfront charge is made.

All payments are subject to third-party payment processing fees (where applicable). Karpadu is not responsible for any additional foreign exchange fees or bank charges applied by your payment provider.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary by car rental provider. The following general rules apply:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund.
• No-show at pick-up: No refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Booking Modifications

If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., vehicle type, rental dates, pick-up location), you must:

• Contact Karpadu or the car rental provider directly.
• Pay any additional fees (if applicable).
• Note that modifications are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.

Requirements for Rental

When picking up the rental vehicle, you must present:

• A valid driver's license (international permit if required).
• A valid passport or ID card.
• Payment method accepted by the provider (cash, debit, credit or prepaid card).
• Any additional documentation requested by the rental provider.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied vehicle pick-up without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Karpadu is not responsible for:

• Disruptions or issues related to third-party rental providers.
• Any damage, loss, or accidents occurring during the rental period.
• Additional charges applied by the provider (e.g., late return fees, fuel charges).
