Booking & Payment Terms

When booking a rental through Karpadu, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the respective car rental provider. Our role is solely as an intermediary. By booking through our platform, you agree to the following:

• Payment may be required upfront, or at the time of pick-up, depending on the provider's policy.
• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email ("Voucher").
• Any changes or cancellations are subject to the provider's cancellation policy.
• It is your responsibility to read and agree to the rental provider's terms before booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up will be fully refunded.
• Failure to show up at pick-up will result in no refund.

Privacy & Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. Please review them to understand how we collect and use your data.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Service issues caused by third-party providers.
• Any financial losses or damages resulting from bookings made through our website.
• Disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes).

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Karpadu. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
